The meaning behind Single Thread
Every employee in the company is connected to each other by a single thread. At most companies, the problem is that each team is pulling the rope toward their own team’s goal, not toward the company’s goal. Think of it as a tug-of-war rope wrapped around each employee’s waist, without anyone on the other end of the rope. It should be easy to win, right?

Meet Jason
Always one to enjoy a challenge or a good pun, Jason has been building great hardware and great teams for nearly 30 years. Working on StarTAC, RAZR, iPhone, and the Nest Thermostat taught some hard-fought lessons about first-gen products and high-volume manufacturing. He believes you can reduce cost, improve performance, and save time when you know where to look. His favorite moments are seeing new clients succeed with their dream.
